2024年4月10号自驾杭州，老婆在9号晚上预订的华住旗下的全季酒店，出发当天拨打预订的全季酒店（因为上面提示需要提前预约停车）奈何这电话就是打不通，经过头脑风暴选择打全季总部电话，最终解决问题成功打通，谘询前台客服停车是否需要预约，被告知先到先得，只有五个车位，这么大酒店五个位子咋想的，难得出来玩一次不想为这点小事扫兴，办理入住后进房间那也是炸裂，衞生环境太差，靠床一边的淋浴区隔着一堵墙还是明显的异味难闻，同比相同档次酒店衞生太差如图所示??

酒店距离地铁站差不多走路7-8分钟，可是那段路并不是平面，拖着大行李的话不是很好，还有点费手。可是出门走走 就还合适。
酒店挺有年份感了，只有两个柜枱，一台送餐机器人??
办理入住时 视乎因为资深员工只有一位男士，剩下一位女生服务员在替中国人民办理入住时程序上卡住了，一直在等待男士帮忙。
可是男士也很忙，同时招待多个顾客，还有顾客插队询问，分身乏术 办理程序体验不是很好。
电梯只有一副，多人得等待。
二楼的洗衣机 Hxxxr 牌子，好旧款似的，上面的全部功能无法使用，只可以按标准清洗衣服??
我们按了热水清洗，倒计时回来一看才发现时间停在38分钟 （无限循环），一位工作人员刚好经过告诉我们，程序是设定好的，只可以标注，使用温水会使洗衣机过热 导致卡着，得等它自己重新运作??
洗衣服体验不是很好，洗40分钟 最后时用1小时，烘乾用时1小时 好了还是带湿的，有点无奈。
房间窗口更是不得了，不能锁??
外面的车声有点大 最后发现只有一片蚊网 还有只可以锁向房间的窗口，向外的窗口锁坏了 （隔音不到）
虽然服务员给我们升级了高级大床房，但是隔壁刚好就是工人休息室，外出看到有点杂乱，早上还自带闹钟?讲话特大声 把我们吵醒了。
好的地方还是有的，打扫人员注意到房间垃圾桶每天都会满，会多给一个垃圾桶??
加油就是水量比较大，会多给一些水喝。
希望全季可以进一步提升比较有年份的分行。
