酒店位于建水古城内，地理位置非常好，服务也非常好，早餐精致而且有建水特色，尤其是烧豆腐，味道一流，在西门也吃不到那么好吃的呢。另外酒店还送水果和甜品，而且提供下午茶哦！

由一所老宅子改建，幽静雅致，坐在院子里喝茶，特别惬意！工作人员热情，服务细致周到。早餐品种不多，但是很好吃，更有美味的下午茶和晚上的银耳羹。房间干净舒适，设计人性化，还备有建水特色的紫陶茶具。以后去建水还想住在这里。
