The One Hotel sits on the boutique food street of Xigong Pier by Dianchi Lake, close to popular attractions such as Yunnan Nationalities Village, Park 1903, Haigeng Park and Xishan Forest Park. Dianchi Lake is about 300 metres away, a three minute walk, while Haigeng Auditorium and Hongta Sports Centre are about five minutes by car. The One Hotel was designed by a well known Kunming designer in a simple Nordic style, creating a quiet world of white.
