    这次入住体验堪称满分，必须好好夸夸这家酒店！首先要实名表扬前台工号004和005的两位小姐姐，全程热情又专业，从进门谘询到办理入住，耐心解答所有问题，办事效率还特别高，一点不拖沓，让人心头暖暖的。 更让人惊喜的是酒店的细节服务——居然贴心准备了小童拖鞋和牙刷，住过这麽多酒店，这还是第一次遇到，带娃出行的我直接被这份用心戳中。入住时还收到了夜宵券，小惊喜直接拉满好感度！ 酒店的环境也没得挑，大堂走欧式精致风，皮质沙发搭配雕花家俱尽显格调，角落的荷花摆件雅致又养眼，年味的红色装饰更添温馨氛围，整体氛围感直接拉满。 从服务到环境都挑不出半点毛病，下次再来绝对还选这家，真心推荐给大家！

    服务特别特别好哇，永远支持维也纳，和朋友背着爸妈偷偷来云南旅游，之前去九寨沟玩也选的维也纳。这次这个维也纳才150一晚上，还有免费接送服务！我以为是只有接或者送，没想到又接又送，而且司机还帮忙拿箱子！对於两个女大学生来説真的太好了??想要住好一点的房间询问前台004小姐姐免费升级房型直接就同意了，早饭也不错的，进电梯在电梯里碰到酒店的工作人员，很贴心的询问我去哪层楼，帮我按电梯，客房打扫的阿姨也做的很好，把我们乱七八糟的洗手间收拾的好好的，房间打扫的很好很乾净，逛完一天回来床也是铺好了的，很人性化，也没有乱碰我们的东西，总之真的很不错，
