前台小蒋服务非常的热情，房间也乾净整洁，位置好，交通便利，停车方便。早餐口味丰富，品种多样，还是挺值得推荐的！
顺便一提！第一天首次入住的时候 酒店还给我们配置了水果 牛奶饮料 非常棒！ 在晚上出现了一点小意外 但是工作人员特别热心地与我沟通 解决了问题（非酒店问题）！ 感谢！

I had a wonderful stay at this Home2 Suites by Hilton location. Staff is welcoming, goes above and beyond to help. They offered to add me on WeChat so I can ask any questions or requests at any time. The room was spotless and high-tech. I appreciated the complementary drinks, snacks, and fruit in anthe room. The bed was comfortable. I was providing with a great humidifier and quality latex pillow upon request, and I was able to set the air conditioner to whatever temperature I wanted, allowing for restful nights sleep. They have many modern washer and dryer machines and can assist doing the laundry for you. Breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this location.

带娃和朋友一家包车丽江行，入住这家希尔顿惠庭酒店是最明智的决定，因为以前住过所以一直对惠庭颇具好感，无论客房格局还是酒店配套，都让我对这样的城市酒店刮目相看，酒店位置也不错距离丽江古城不到五公里，闹中取静住在这里刚好合适，自助水吧很惊喜，配了很多茶包和茶，小朋友想喝热水随时可以去接，早餐不像五星度假酒店那么丰富，但该有的都有，还有现煮档，对于选择困难户来説这个规格刚好，可以称之为营养丰富了。提前有客服联系，没怕高反没有定高楼层，到店后前台説没有太大差别，且同行人都没有高反症状，又麻烦小何帮我们升级了高楼层，非常满意的一次入住。

这次是回国带着爸妈和80岁外婆游玩，酒店帮忙预留了轮椅，让人感觉可靠安心，前台小张服务态度非常专业友好，句句有着落、事事有回应，心思细腻，处处为客人着想，让我们在丽江的游玩时光更加轻松顺心，特别感谢！酒店环境、设施、服务、衞生方面也都在线！
