My modified booking didn't went through so they got us a room upgrade. The room was great and comfy. There was some malfunction with the light but it was quickly fixed. The hosts took great care of us, they advised on food, attractions, travel tips, tea shops and even reminded us real-time when the snow mountain ticket is open for sale. The hosts are passionated in what they do. The hotel located near school and local residences so you got to see children walk to school and stop by for breakfast in the morning. It was really cute.

We had a thoroughly pleasant stay here! From start to finish, the hospitality was truly exceptional. The staff constantly checked in on us via WeChat to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel incredibly well taken care of throughout our trip.
The logistics were completely seamless, which made our arrival and departure entirely stress-free. The accommodation arranged for a driver to fetch us from the train station and send us back at the end of our stay. They even arranged for a cart to carry our luggage, which was a massive help. The location itself is highly convenient, situated just a short five-minute walk from the intersection of the main road and the old town, with a convenience store located right next door.
Our room was clean and came with adequate amenities for a comfortable stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the extra perks, such as the provided breakfast and the afternoon coffee and snacks. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was another perk.
The accommodation sits right next to a scenic stream where people love to gather and take pictures. While it can get a little noisy during the day because of its popularity, this wasn't an issue for us at all. The area gets perfectly quiet at night, allowing us to get a great night's sleep. Thank you to the wonderful team for a memorable stay!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel and it was easily one of the best experiences we have ever had.
The environment is superb, nestled alongside a picturesque stream in the heart of the old town, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The property is new, impeccably clean, and we were delighted to receive a free room upgrade.
The gardens are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. A special highlight for our family was the presence of parrots and two friendly dogs on the property. Our children absolutely loved meeting and playing with them throughout our stay, which made the experience even more memorable.
We also greatly appreciated the complimentary railway station transfer and round-trip luggage transfer service. These thoughtful arrangements are especially valuable when staying within the old town, where cars are not permitted and the marble-paved streets can make pulling luggage quite challenging. The hotel coordinated everything seamlessly, making both our arrival and departure completely hassle-free.
Another unique feature of the property is its café, which is directly connected to one of the old town’s most iconic bridges and photo spots. Being able to step from the hotel grounds to such a famous landmark was a wonderful experience and provided countless opportunities for beautiful photographs.
Most impressive of all was the outstanding service provided by the staff. They consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Despite our very last-minute request for a chartered car, along with several changes and moments of indecision on our part, the team remained patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality truly exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the old town and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

小院在古街里边，闹中取静，一院繁花，推门撞进整片温柔花海，白墙黛瓦绕花草，个人觉得到丽江一定要住上几晚这样带小院的房子。
民宿管家人特别好，很热情，很贴心。

民宿在古镇里面，环境雅致安静，衞生间乾湿分离，洗漱用品齐全。服务贴心有求必应，早餐种类丰富味道不错，地理位置出行方便，周边吃喝齐全，不管出差还是旅行都很合适，真心值得推荐给大家。

I decided to book this hotel because it is the first time that I saw 100% positive comments in the Trip review!
But after I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in early June 2026. I now confirmed the review is correct.
I came with my daughter and this was the first time that we travelled to China by ourselves.
Our first impression was the location of the hotel, their courtyard garden, and activity experiences that the hotel gave to all their guest.
The hotel locates close to … gate. (walking ＜ 5 minutes) so that staying in the old town that doesn’t allow car has no impact to our traveling at all.
The hotel’s garden was a stylist design of Chinese garden.
The breakfast was plenty and tasty. Coffee with soy milk was great, while noodles were also delicious. It was a good combination of western and eastern breakfast style.
The hotel also provided afternoon tea. They served good qualities fresh-made tea and coffee.
Although the exterior design of the hotel’s building and surrounding are traditional chinese in old town, the design in the room is very modern! So staying here was very relax and comfortable. Hotel staffs took into
consideration in details. All the necessary items were provided, including a very good quality pair of slippers. The toilet was also automatic and having warm seat. Hair dryer was also Dyson.
The best part of our stay in this hotel was the very nice, friendly, and efficient staffs. They all are enthusiastic to help and warm. They gave us WeChat before we arrived in China, so we could contact them anytime. And they responded very fast. We felt very safe and comfort all the time while we were in Lijiang.
The hotel also provided the free airport pick-up and drop-off with free of charge! They arranged everything, we just showed up on time.
If we visited Lijiang again in the future, we will definitely stay here again and will also tell our friends and family to stay here too.

来丽江古城入住这家民宿体验特别好，小院绿植繁茂，整日采光充足，坐在院里晒太阳十分惬意。管家阿乐热心实在，提前到路口帮忙拎行李，贴心照顾我们一家人，还分享靠谱游玩攻略。房间乾净舒适，出行省心，全家都很满意。

这次的住宿体验非常棒！酒店装修漂亮有质感，房间的床舖十分舒适，让人能彻底放松。设备也很齐全，房内甚至备有美白润肤乳，对很怕在云南晒黑的女孩子来说很贴心。早餐种类丰富、味道很好。另外想称赞所有员工都很好客与贴心，随时随地都面带笑容提供协助，特别是今次负责接待我们的员工 祥子，从出发前开始，就已经主动联系并提供了不少实用协助，住宿过程中也时刻关心我们的需求，加上贴心的接送服务，让人感到宾至如归，下次一定会再入住！
