工作人员服务态度很好，对一些小要求会尽量满足，还提供了一些日常用品很方便旅客，房间配套的设施很新，也有洗衣房，整体环境挺好，离古城很近。

房间乾净衞生，有防盗链一个人住很放心，离店的时候前台还送了小礼物。酒店位置很好，红太阳广场附近，做旅游专线去其他古镇很方便，距离古城也挺近的，晚上睡觉的时候不会很吵，挺安静的

呢度嘅职员服务态度非常好，系两位小妹妹帮我解决咗好多问题，仲帮我叫外卖。服务贴心又细心，笑容好真诚，仲送咗氧气樽俾我去雪山用房间卫生非常乾净整洁，客房好大又宽敞，隔音效果好好距离旧城区好近，周边搵食好方便。前台职员推介嘅当地特色美食，味道非常唔错，价钱又平，呢间民宿性价比真系极高。今次嚟丽江旅行体验超满意，开心到无法用言语形容，简直超惊喜！呢度仲有洗衣房，入面有烫衣机非常方便，门口位置可以晾衫，通风又乾爽。
