昨晚入住体验不太好，主要是酒店夜间管理存在明显问题。前台电话白天可以正常接通，但晚上 11 点以后完全打不通，这种情况已经出现过两次了。
我很担心如果夜间发生突**况，比如客人在房间或公共区域不慎滑倒、身体不适，需要第一时间联系酒店寻求帮助，却无人回应，那种无助感是可以预见的。
希望酒店能重视夜间值班和应急响应问题，至少保证前台或值班电话 24 小时畅通，这也是对客人最基本的安全保障。

新装修的酒店，全屋智能家居，房间也挺大，床品舒服，服务很好，後院有停车场，不足就是只有一台电梯，还有就是最近来避暑的人特别多，早餐餐厅都坐不下，只能到旁边的会议厅吃。
