第一次住进红树林大王棕酒店，酒店的环境、卫生、软件、硬件都是一流的！住在这里能满足不同人群的吃、住、玩、购的全部需求。特别是前台服务员王春雨小姑娘服务超级赞??！服务态度特别好！耐心周到，业务熟练！下次来三亚还住这里了！

特别适合孩子玩的酒店，我们孩子在水乐园玩了一整天，可以凭房卡免费四个地方，足够孩子玩了，酒店早餐人很多但是酒店早餐就位于大堂楼上，特别大的早餐厅！
