2025年住过最好的一家全季了。很喜欢他们家的设计装潢，原木风，科技感十足。主题酒店非常不错。下次出差会继续选这家。

全季的服务和衞生是没问题的，特别是服务很到位，外卖机器人送餐很快，前台接待解决问题也都比较及时。
但是这次住宿体验真的是不让人满意，最主要的原因是11月中旬空调还是冷风，隔音效果也很差。室内18度实在是不暖和哦，另外没有任何提示我们没有暖风，我们开了好久空调，冻的不行了，打电话问才知道不是故障，是就没通暖风。本次上海行的前一家酒店，就完全没有这个问题，暖风很给力。全季只住了一天，我俩都冻感冒了??还有就是早上6点来钟房间就听到隔壁/楼上的水流声，隔音非常差，实在影响休息。
希望全季酒店能够给予反馈。

出差选了这家全季，工作人员态度都特别好，有什么要求基本都会满足，入住期间经常麻烦他们，非常感谢??，房间很新，设施也挺好的，在路边开窗的话稍微会有点吵，但是窗户隔音不错，关上基本就听不到什么噪音了。早餐选择也挺多的，衞生挺好，下次有机会还会选择这里

环境：环境不错，整体简约乾净，大堂有淡淡茶香
服务：整体是自主的，但有需要前台的工作人员也会协助，很舒服的社交距离，是自助机器人送餐方便的很！
设施：设施很新，应该是新店
美中不足：当晚住的对面房间有几个大汉晚上光膀子敞开着房间门讲话，也没有工作人员管，两个房间很近隔音感觉一般吧，夜里也不敢喊外卖也不敢出门，心惊胆战睡了一晚…

不错 房间很乾净！！！然后是新装修的 所以设施都很新 就是位置稍微有点远 所以建议定的时候考虑一下位置然后再选
