1. 酒店前台女服务人员忘度极差，臭着张脸拽得跟****样，五星级酒店的服务就这水平？？
2.房间内电话长时间占线，根本打不通前台，需求疑问得不到回应，后续是通过其他平台找到前台电话打过去才解决送拖鞋的问题，响应时间很长，等了半多小时才送上来
另外反馈説电话有问题，説是会派人上来查看一下，最后也没人过来

If you’re looking for a stay slightly away from the busy town area, this hotel may be suitable for you. It is about a 550-meter walk to the metro station, and it is conveniently located near the Taikoo Li shopping mall. The hotel has received a design award, and you can really appreciate the well-designed interiors and spacious rooms with high ceilings. The bathroom amenities are from the HEELEY brand.
The breakfast is good, but the variety is limited. If you stay for more than one night, you may find that the food options remain the same.
Regarding service, the standard felt noticeably different from what I have experienced in other hotels. The level of service did not seem consistent across different guests, especially between Mandarin-speaking and non-Mandarin-speaking. Guests from the U.S., Europe, or those who speak Mandarin appeared to receive more attentive service.
It would be great if the hotel could improve consistency so that all guests receive the same high standard of service.

1.进入酒店，迎宾到前台入住办理，让我明白了什么是敷衍式上班，这就是网友们常説的上班摸鱼吧，但是当这些上班摸鱼的人体验到这样子的服务，真不知作何感想！前台在非一楼，电梯上来看到前台人员，她居然是抬一下眼皮看我，我还以为我走近的方向不是前台，哪怕只是住普通连锁，都没遇到这么敷衍的情况！然后她就继续忙，让我等着，忙什么？看不出，不是接电话，就是低头对着电脑！
2.前台的工作人员都是“你”，而非“您”，真的让我很纳闷，这不是服务行业，我住的是很一两百的小旅馆？即便不是北京这种习惯説您的城市，我印象里也很少遇到只説你的酒店服务人员
3.还是前台，准备去房间后，告知前台需要乳胶枕，好的，送来了，一只！我是两个人办理入住，如果不清楚是需要几个，可以当面问我一下诶，阿姨多跑一次
4.衞生！可以看图，进门的小桌子上，居然有没擦的油，类似吃麻辣烫之类留下的，然后盖着菜单，説明保洁阿姨压根没擦呀！
5.全屋只有洗漱池有纸巾，无了！纸巾很贵么？还是房间维护的SOP难做，要不要这么懒呢？我印象里哪怕是亚朵之类，也是洗漱区跟写字桌各有一包吧，要这么吝啬？
总结，1000多一晚的酒店，不如我出差时，公司给定的亚朵桔子之类的服务！上次去南京出差，办理入住刚好高峯排队了，南京亚朵的前台小姐姐都会説抱歉久等了，也许只是习惯性表达，但是礼多人不怪呀！还是説，贵酒店有自己的汇率，我实际入住的就是个小旅馆？

地处浦东前滩，位置优越，周边有太古里购物中心和地铁站。 设计感十足。融合工业风的简约与东方美学色彩。客房宽敞，房型面积45平米起，配置3.5米挑高，空间通透。 浴室设计有特色，配有大浴缸及拱形元素。

酒店很有设计感，房间色调很赞，高层视野不错，外隔音很好。硬件设施不错，有首日迷你吧和胶囊咖啡，非智能马桶，我觉得可以接受，洗澡水舒服。电视投屏方便，房间灯光比较幽暗，顾及了设计感，也希望顾及下我这种喜欢亮堂的住客。服务很好，早班飞机回上海，一早就去办理入住，前台小姐姐丝滑办理，很感谢！进出酒店不用每次都经过前台，这点很好。床品可以，安静，真的很安静，睡得很好，这点超满意。要睡懒觉，早餐就没有去体验，不评价。地理位置很好，距离前滩地铁站和太古里，星耀都近，到公园巷步行1kg左右，从公园巷又可以步行到前滩休闲公园，一路绿化很不错，店多，很适合散步逛吃。目前前滩性价比最好的酒店了，下次还会预订。

给升级了套房 房间很宽敞 床品也很舒服 孩子很喜欢 早餐也特别美味，品类很多，离前滩太古里几分钟路 也很方便，去了温室花园 车程10分钟 特别满意
