The hotel is super clean and they provided us with such great service, I would totally recommend anyone to come here and had a wonderful time here. Room a super huge and really quiet. Bed was comfortable and the people that work there are really nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also provides airport transfer, as well as convenient drop-off and pick-up services to Shanghai Disneyland, which made my trip so much easier. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

衞生：非常乾净，并且有小童床围
欢乐世界小童乐园畅玩:很好玩，孩子很喜欢。和外面的游乐场一样。并不是小小的糊弄人。

家庭房，房间够大，不朝马路，睡得挺好！一层小童乐园孩子玩了一个半小时还想玩。前台服务好，有个小孩推小童车在大堂摔倒，前台马上过来帮忙。可以找前台要鱼食喂鱼。迪士尼乐园回来打车36。

太棒了！好几次带着孩子来迪士尼游玩，这次入住这个酒店给我们留下了最美好的体验：首先是前台接待热情周到。其次是酒店人性化管理，给了我们最温暖的安慰 我原定了两个房间两晚，带着长者和孩子，登机前长者突然生病来不了了，和酒店沟通，经理马上和携程沟通没扣任何费用，按约定应该扣除手续费的，我们第二天来了到前台办理入住，服务员还非常关心长者的病情并增加了一个孩子的早餐。前台还帮我们邮寄和购买迪士尼礼物，真得非常感谢酒店所有服务员和经理，我们每年都来迪士尼，下次就选择这个酒店。

非常完美的家庭亲子假期，服务贴心，孩子玩得乐不思蜀！
这次在上海丽呈花园酒店的入住体验非常卓越！我们一家人在这里度过了难忘的时光。
1. 房间与设施： 我们预订的是小黄鸭主题房，房间非常宽敞，设计感十足，老婆和孩子都超级喜欢！房间内部衞生打扫得一尘不染，细节处做得很到位。酒店的硬件设施也很完善，特别是小童游戏室，简直是孩子们的乐园。孩子们从迪士尼回来后，还能在游戏室继续延续快乐，玩得非常尽兴。
2. 餐饮服务： 酒店的早餐非常美味，种类丰富，能够满足大人和小孩的不同口味，为我们一整天的迪士尼行程提供了充足的能量。
3. 特别鸣谢（点名表扬）： 在这里我要特别感谢前台员工 耿翠 和 宋婷婷。她们两位专业且热情的服务让我们感受到了宾至如归。入住办理过程非常顺畅高效。尤其是 耿翠，非常细心地协助作为外国人的我连接了酒店的 Wi-Fi，解决了我的燃眉之急。这种细致入微的关怀让我们感到非常亲切和温暖。
4. 地理位置与便利性： 酒店距离迪士尼乐园非常近，提供的来回班车服务非常准时且方便。酒店内就有便利店，随时可以买到零食和日用品，对家庭旅客来説非常友好。
