Fantastic location being so close to the bund, however because it’s on the pedestrian street it means vehicles can’t have direct entrance to the door. This was ok for us. The room was great, recommend getting a balcony room with bund views as you are so close to the bund and great views of the skyline.

位置很棒，下楼就是南京东路步行街，走5分钟就是外滩，闹中取静，有档次，性价比很高！环境也很好，特别是前台小王，服务态度很好！值得推荐的酒店。

前台小姐姐非常的nice，看着我们带了孩子，我们还没开口，就主动给我们了一套小孩子用的洗漱用品和拖鞋，其他工作人员态度也非常好，会主动跟你打招呼。房间挺大的，没有什么异味，暖气提前开好了，电梯厅里还放了好多矿泉水，有需要的话随便拿，非常贴心，位置也挺好，就在南京街上，出去就能看到明珠塔，几分钟就走到外滩了，吃饭也很方便，挺满意的。

The hotel has a very good location, making it convenient to explore the Bund and surrounding areas. What truly stood out was the helpful and friendly front desk staff. We arrived at the hotel at around 7:00 am, and they kindly offered early check-in by preparing the room as soon as possible so we could rest after our early arrival. Their efforts were greatly appreciated, and we managed to get our room by 8:45 am, allowing us to rest until noon before heading out to explore the beautiful city.
Breakfast was average but decent — nothing too fancy, yet sufficient to start the day. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and a great location.

Very well maintained classic hotel. Very clean room. Love the ambience in the lobby. Free flow water bottle. The location is perfect just step out of the hotel you can see the pearl tower. I chose this hotel because close to the bund (jogging in the morning really get the best view of the bund) yet still in the nanjing east road shopping area. White rabbit store right next to it. Nanjing east road metro station walkable in 5 - 7min. Taxi pickup point just 100m away. Take note that no car in the middle of pedestrian street so make sure your hotel near any pickup point so you not struggling with your luggages.

地段优越，离外滩200米左右，楼下就是南京路，购物逛街非常方便。前台服务也很好，给免费升级了房间。二楼就有正宗的上海本帮餐厅。下次来上海还会选择入住。
