酒店位置特别好，楼下就是太古汇，吃喝都不用出去了。交通便利，楼下地铁南京西路直达虹桥或浦东机场，酒店装修有品位，泳池面积大，前台工作人员iris居然是我们之前住过的北京瑜舍的工作人员，很亲切，她还给我们推荐了回程在北京停留一晚的美食，感谢。

本来居住上海镛舍的体验是相当棒的，但是13号下午12点半左右退房的时候我把我一盒从日本买回来的珍贵薰香的银制插香底座托盘遗落在了酒店沙发前的桌子上，这盒香我十分喜欢所以我立即致电了酒店，差不多是13号下午3点多，但是工作人员却告诉我找不到了，而且才想隔了那么短时间，还放在了那么明显的桌子上，却就这么找不到了，我实在无法理解和接受！

住了三晚，入住前发现酒店突然更名，心中还很疑惑。特别感谢lynn姐，人很亲切温暖，帮忙办理入住，介绍房间，主动解释了更名的原因，还升级了房型，非常感谢，其他工作人员也都很热情细致。
酒店整体的居住感受很好，环境以及设计都很有特色，位置也非常优越，旁边就是太古汇，房间还可以看到窗外的lv巨轮。餐食非常好，早餐选择性很多，中餐厅的菜品也非常好，服务都很到位。
有机会还是会选择在这里居住的！！！

首先特别感谢一下Kimber、她让人特别温暖、很亲切，从办理入住开始就笑容满面的和我们聊天、带我们去房间详细介绍和说明、给我们准备了鲜榨的果汁、和给孩子的礼物、每天出入都会打招呼、微信回覆很及时、服务很周到、走的时候还送了很多小礼物、真的太喜欢她了。酒店位置很好、楼下就是太古汇商场和LV巨轮、打卡很方便、从商场能直通酒店、房间干净卫生、给我们安排的房间特别美、阳台就可以看到LV巨轮、阳台非常大、大到可以开趴踢、餐厅阳台也能看到巨轮、拍照很出片、早餐是点餐的形式、服务生很有礼貌、帮拎行李、态度很好、房间冰箱有免费的饮料和牛奶、再次感谢Kimber、下次还见哦??

酒店的地理位置绝佳，楼下就是兴业太古汇，酒店既高端又小众，整体设计格调雅致，客房数不多，空间感与精致度兼具。服务体验非常好，在前台办理入住时，有轻微的感冒症状，前台接待员Kimber贴心的让客房服务员送上柠檬姜茶，感受颇佳，非常暖心。对了，早餐也非常棒。

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was beautifully decorated, was regularly cleaned and stocked, and the hotel staff had excellent English and provided great suggestions!

Having stayed in a few reputable 5* hotel chains, I think Middle House has outperformed the rest, even Langham.
The service of the team is excellent. It's not just about being hospitable, but they do really go out of the way to solve problems for the guest. A special mention must go to Herry at the Front Desk. Brilliant attitude & quick thinking on the feet ensures the stay is fuss free.
I wish there is a Middle House in each major Asian city. They really do make travel more enjoyable.

基本上国内各个城市的顶尖五星级我都住的差不多了，这家酒店的早餐给我印象最深的，当然风景的大帆船也是非常的别具一格。同时体验了饭店的酒吧，健身房游泳馆。酒店的整体服务非常及时，管家也很给力。开车的朋友要注意酒店只有减免部分费用的权利，其馀还是要自己付款。另外带小朋友的客人可以考虑住的楼层高一点，更安静，风景也更好。这次没能体验到隔壁的黑珍珠中餐厅，因为提前需要预约，这次已经约满了。下次的话我早一点关注到。总的而言，这次体验还是非常棒的。它值得这些五星级评价。酒店知晓这次是我们的纪念日，还做了一些特殊的布置，非常感谢。
