非常不错的酒店！隔音效果也好！服务态度很好??！浴室配了浴缸可以泡澡！特别是一楼的服务员Molly，主动帮忙解决续订问题！太感谢??！希望下次这个价格能有早餐提供！??

酒店预订部的服务真的很差劲！因为孩子考试提前致电预订部请安排安静点的房间，还付款了升级费用。预订部的女士电话里告知会安排角落房，靠近电梯，但是没有説明这是个连通房，入住后时常会有烟味传来，而且靠这扇门根本不隔音。除了靠近电梯外，更靠近的是服务电梯厅，白天一直有打扫的声音（清洁阿姨没问题的 态度很好 工作也认真）。房间内窗户的把手是坏的，和没有升级前的房型（封闭窗）有什么区别！

Amara Shanghai exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well organized. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Amara Shanghai and would love to return in the future.

住豪华大床房，房型大，床很大很棒，以及有浴缸很加分，离地铁站也很近，附近有很多美食和按摩店，但衞生真的有待加强，地毯都有污渍，且桌子都有灰尘，希望可以改善。
