一开始入住有些不愉快的小插曲，但是前台经理Kevin Cao 及时沟通解决，耐心聆听带宠物客人的反馈。真正做到了能同时为酒店和住客双方考虑并达到平衡点。非常难得！强烈推荐给有宠物的朋友们！

Love it so much. Clean and neat room design, 10 minutes walk to MRT, equipped with gym, laundry room, movie room. 24 hour convenience store is just next door. Hema supermarket is few minutes walk (at the basement of a mall). The staff are also very helpful.
Will definitely stay here again when we're back to Shanghai.

Everything was great, just the room seems to be a little bit older than the photo, but overall it is a great stay. Staffs were very helpful. Facilities are perfect.

酒店服务很好，由于我的误订，给酒店带来不少麻烦，酒店工作人员耐心帮助解决，房间空间和设施令我非常满意。地处繁华的徐家汇区，位置好，边上就有商场，还有两家地道的上海本帮菜饭馆距离很近。

一个人出门的话，性价比很高。地理位置非常好，隔壁也有个南洋1931商区。距离徐家汇站步行很近。开启徐汇的ctwalk非常合适。很喜欢房间这个设计质感。

热水充足、毛巾浴巾都是每日更换
第一天深夜吹风机坏了也是马上帮忙处理
一楼有提供创可贴、梳子、牙刷等洗漱用品可自取
也有帮忙收快递（有填写房号会放置门口）
有一位Wendy Wang的女生柜枱很亲切
还会帮忙询问有没有需要帮忙的
因为出差原因我分两张单预订房间也帮我改成同一间续住

缺点就外卖要去一楼拿（有机器人估计要排队）、但电梯速度很快
酒店位置也很好 有机会会再光顾或是其他的分店
