选择这家酒店完全是冲着品牌知名度来的，入住前特意在订单备注“需要安静房间”，结果2025年12月16日凌晨1点办理入住时，被安排到了电梯旁边的第一间（房号8539），体验感差到极致！房间紧邻电梯，隔音效果糟糕透顶——被电梯运行声、走廊脚步声、行人聊天声吵得无法安睡，凌晨本是急需休息的时刻，却硬生生被噪音折磨到天亮。酒店本身设施老旧能理解，毕竟是开了多年的老店，但最基本的“满足客人安静需求”都做不到，完全违背了预订初衷。前台明知客人需要安静，还把电梯口这种黄金噪音位的房间安排过来，要么是工作疏忽，要么是根本不重视客人诉求，品牌口碑直接在这次入住中崩塌！花了钱却没得到应有的住宿体验，核心需求被无视，实在让人失望，绝对不会再来第二次！
