Super good experience! Loved the decor, the service and how all the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. 10/10 will recommend. There’s a really nice view overlooking a wide grassland from the hotel and the animals are adorable. Highlight of my entire Yunnan trip.

The only hotel in the entire Shangri-La area with the Black Pearl award & one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! They upgraded our room for free to the largest 2-person suite. The service was wonderful, and the staff were so attentive and considerate. All of the activities were so much fun (especially the nighttime bonfire), and the food was great too. The interior is beautifully designed—even prettier in person. We absolutely loved this location; the grassland was so peaceful and serene. The surrounding area is very different from the Napa Lake observation deck. Could not recommend this hotel enough! I cannot wait to be back.

酒店亲子活动很好，小朋友可以一直喂羊驼和小鹿，很开心，酒店环境很不错，餐厅的饭菜也非常可口，工作人员服务很好，离店的时候还送礼品，我们需要氧气瓶，酒店也是免费送给我们了，很好的一次入住体验！

超级无敌满意的酒店！酒店会安排接送，环境超美，没有人能拒绝这么美的景观吧！白天可以给小鹿和羊驼喂胡萝卜，被追着要哈哈哈！晚上还有篝火晚会，可以放烟花烤棉花糖，大家一玩的很开心～离店是会送伴手礼，已经安利给朋友了！

比预期的更好，这是一家宝藏旅馆，服务人员的态度都很好，因为我们没带卸粧油，女服务员还把自己的免费借给我们。男服务员还帮我们提取行李。全程 5 星级服务

在野院景色优美，地理位置优越，离古城很近，院子里有可爱的羊驼和小鹿，超级可爱，和人很亲近，一点儿不怕生。客主服务非常周到细致，给人宾至如归的感觉。很美好的体验！

有专门的管家对接，很热情，需要什么反应都很迅速，能感觉到对每一位客人都在非常认真的接待。位置不在市区，交通上最好是自驾或者包车，但面朝纳帕海，视野很开阔，心旷神怡。院内有鹿、羊驼，可以喂胡萝卜，晚上有篝火或者壁炉火，烤棉花糖，小朋友很喜欢。无论是想找个安静的地方躺平，还是家庭出行，都很适合。

房间非常舒适，景色一流。完全符合我心中民宿的预期。院里有几只小动物，孩子玩得不亦乐乎。出门就是草原湖泊，成羣的氂牛，羊，马。松弛感拉满，拍照也巨美。每位工作人员都非常细致耐心，这样美丽的地方一定还会再来玩的。
