酒店职员服务十分之唔错，俊豪小哥帮手办理入住安排好房间，房间浴缸较大，空间设施较大齐全，有提供免费饮料同水俾住客使用，俊豪贴心安排咗泡泡浴俾住客，酒店四楼有24小时自助洗衣机和烘乾机免费使用，十分方便。大堂一楼还有免费机械人送餐到房间服务，入住酒店点了外卖可以不用下楼都可以????????

酒店位置便利，房间空间较大，设施得比较齐全，大堂一楼仲有酒店免费机械人送餐到房间服务，俊豪小哥办理入住全程使用广东话对客交流，十分贴心帮手房间安排咗小礼品，仲申请免费延迟退房时间。下次入住会帮手安排好房间，房间浴缸空间得比较大，酒店位置靠近口岸，十分方便，附近仲接近商场，感觉唔错。

酒店职员前台俊豪小哥，服务态度周到OK，办理入住全程用广东话交流，十分之贴心，有通知客房姐姐赠送拖鞋，帮手留意外卖问题，酒店环境唔错，大堂一楼有免费机械人送餐服务，位置足够便利，俊豪安排咗晚安礼品，感觉唔错????????有机会会推介朋友嚟入住该酒店，并且在会入住酒店??

刚到房间洗个澡，然后发现护发素是空的，头发乾涩涩的就出来了再要了护发素洗第二遍，然后整体装修也很老旧，还不如亚朵，地毯上很多点点的污渍。515住了两晚，真的拉跨，第一次在携程写差评

这次入住体验远超预期，必须给五星好评！酒店地理位置超优越，交通便利，周边购物、餐饮都很方便，出行省时又省心。房间宽敞明亮，布局合理，装修简约又不失格调。床品洁白柔软，衞生间光洁无水渍，住得特别安心。

宾至如归，感谢前台小哥哥/小姐姐的全力帮助！本次入住最感动的是酒店的服务。因为航班凌晨才到，提前沟通后酒店为我保留了房间。入住时我不小心遗落了重要文件在出租车上，前台员工不厌其烦地帮忙联系查找，最终顺利找回。这种主动负责的态度让我在异乡感到无比温暖。酒店本身也很不错，隔音好，设施新。强烈推荐！
