服务很好乾净衞生很不错，房间的地理位置非常好，出行很方便。床铺软硬适中非常舒服，让我一整晚都睡得很好。房间的隔音效果不错，非常安静。浴室乾净企理，热水够热、水压也足够。以这个价位来説，性价比极高，这边距离地铁站很近出行便利周边环境和吃的也很多很方便很好

酒店前台客户服务员服务十分好，而且工作效率快，房间内十分整洁及舒适，房间内配套十分齐全，没有任何气味，呼叫服务效率亦十分快捷，服务员已经有问清楚的要求，酒店位置亦都相当方便，邻近食肆及超级市场，亦邻近交通工具，首次订酒店入住，酒店令人非常舒服，令人有一种舒适感觉，本人入住感到非常舒适及乾净，同时已经再次预订入住，本酒店亦为本人之首选。

在订房间的时候，说想找一间远离电梯的房间，然后到酒店的时候服务员就帮我们免费升级了。硬件非常好房间也没话说，服务员的跟进很及时。位置也是在福田区相对方便的位置，酒店旁边有时代广场需要的设施也应有尽有

非常折腾及失望的体验，晚上到酒店入住不久便发现房间灯一直关不了，通知服务台更发现房间的电话是坏的，便走到大堂找服务员，一直没有安排，至零晨两点才有技工抬着梯子到房间截断灯电才解决了， 但电话一直是坏的。到早上更发现原来座厕是堵塞的，马上再到大堂通知服务员，但直至下午两点退房都没有人来解决。这酒店到底提供什么样的服务。

算是不错的酒店，洗澡水压很好，服务员态度也很好！唯一不好的是，我们走进房间，窗户打开，最近天气非常潮湿，把整个房间的所有东西都湿透了！酒店要多关注留意这一点！最好长时间开空调！保持室内温度及湿度适中！
