This hotel is absolutely amazing. Free shuttle to Huafa ski place. The driver is awesome and does the trip many times per day. Very well equipped with a huge gym with all lots of equipment, swimming pool. Beware you must wear swim caps, sold at the centre for 99rmb which is pretty steep.
The hotel is secluded in a new area of Shenzhen, very quiet but really well situated to the ski place. We had an an amazing time here. Afternoon tea was superb and really good value. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options: western, Indian, Japanese, chinese.

宠物友好只要一次性加300 有专门的宠物电梯 周边也有遛狗的地方离滑雪场近 工作人员特别耐心 设施建筑也很新 性价比很高

酒店很靓，房间很好，而且不用房卡取电那种麻烦，而且有香港人喜欢的电视台收看，又有室内外游泳池，由于冬天又滑雪完，太累了，下次再订时再去，可惜隔音较差，隔离房小朋友太噪了！而且附近什么都没有扣了些分数

房间乾净整洁，但忘记拍照片了！酒店早餐也很丰富，有炭烧烧烤的早餐还真是第一次！酒店还有免费的商务车接送到华发冰雪世界，好方便！礼宾部的Edison很有礼貌，还有一楼大堂的Davi（不知道自己有无拼错??）必须点赞??

房间很温馨，是小孩喜欢的雪景亲子房，有带滑滑梯的上下床，有夜间灯光投射仪，晚上可以美美的入睡，谢谢管家Vicky送来的安睡枕头，下次滑雪也一定再入住，谢谢。还有酒店下面有个小公园，附近，5分钟就能过到达滑雪场，地理位置真的很方便。

房间乾净，保养得宜，房间空间充足，有浴缸浸浴，与厕所分离。有个小型儿童游戏室，里面有波波池，有室外室内游泳池、健身室。 房间水压及热水充足。
酒店3楼可连接外面的公共游乐场，有绿化空间，很适合小朋友玩乐放电。酒店正门对面有两家便利店。
距离华发冰雪世界很近，打车只要5分钟。想走路，相信大人快步20分钟可到。
早餐值得吃，种类很多，很丰富，味道也很好，但适逢农历新年，9时后人很多。

Upon checking into our room, we noticed a strong cigarette odor. However, the staff handled the situation with such professionalism and care that it truly amazed us.
Every team member we encountered was exceptionally polite and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. I especially want to highlight the bell desk staff and our shuttle driver, Mr. Huang Cheng. His kindness and willingness to accommodate our needs while traveling with two active toddlers made a world of difference.
Mr. Huang’s warm welcome and calm demeanor set the tone for a pleasant experience, and we genuinely appreciated his efforts to make our journey smoother. His attention to detail and concern for our comfort did not go unnoticed.
Overall, it was the outstanding staff who turned a potentially negative situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you all for your exceptional service! We’ll definitely be back.
