这次结婚纪念日选了好久的酒店，结果非常满意。首先房间舒适，带阳台。有的朝向可以看欢乐谷有的可以看世界之窗。周边环境非常好，去哪里都方便。前台姑娘服务特别好，贴心介绍，下次来深圳还会选择的酒店。

五星好评送给Minna，反应及时，处理得当，大大提升了入住体验。也送给餐厅前台小姑娘，温柔热情，帮忙处理问题。阳台景观可以，可以看到世界之窗。酒店内饰设计挺好的，符合英迪格一贯风格。
同时槽点较多：1.首当其冲的就是个别的前台工作人员，办理入住时不够专业不够到位，导致费时费心还搞错房型，交流时也表现出不耐烦。评论区有人説前台冷淡可能就是我遇到的这位，因为接触到的其他两位态度都非常好，只是对一些讯息掌握不够熟悉但不影响大局，即便如此，非常不建议大家去碰这个运气，万一遇到不好的那个，很浪费时间很影响心情。
2.不要冲着家庭房去预订，根本没有家庭房，只能加床，加床后活动空间很受影响。
3.泳池不是恒温，需要从外包健身房穿越，需要手动登记才能进，非常不方便，私密性差。
4.餐厅菜品一般，预制品居多，果汁、甜品很差，粥和麪挺好。
5.房间没有智能控制系统，不方便。
4.开发票麻烦，酒店明知顾客讯息还需要顾客提供消费证据。

Staff service was excellent. Convenient location with shopping mall, restaurants, an amusement park and easy public transport access. The Hotel ambience was also impressive and the room we booked was clean and surrounding is quiet. We were excited to try the pool area but disappointed that the indoor pool was closed on the day of our stay and just only tried the outdoor pool. Our overall stay was truly memorable and pleasant and we will book again this hotel in the future and recommend to everyone. ????????????

INDIGO 真是我比较喜欢的酒店之一，酒店的风格在不同国家和城市会有所不同，但优质的服务和酒店设施的品质都很有保证! 酒间一如既往的简洁清新，最喜欢的是洗刷用品很环保，比如沐浴用品（见下图）用起来方便、品质也不错，比有些酒店用一次性小瓶的更方便和环保。自助早餐平日的品种比周末或节假日略少一些，但中西餐的食物都有品质很好，水果很新鲜，而且客人不多时，真的特别舒适。

还行吧，因为商务出差，早出晚归，基本上没在房间呆多久。退房当天除了在房间内地毯上发现了针头之外没有其他问题…幸亏没有踩到，我很庆幸。退房走得急，也跟前台説了一下情况，给她看了照片。

我孩子最近特别喜欢的酒店，这里的人都特别Nice，从礼宾部接到我行李箱的Jiet哥哥，到前台登记的Alice姐姐，还有行政酒廊的Yuki姐姐，还有餐厅的哥哥房务部的姐姐都超级贴心超级亲切，每一次入住就像回家的感觉～ ??
