服务很不错，外卖到后有机器人直接送到房间，环境卫生还可以，但是枕头上还是有股味。总体来说就是酒店有点老龄化了吧。送机服务优秀，前台会提前再打电话通知，驾驶员会帮忙搬运行李

比较破坏对丽枫的印象。先说优点吧！接送机服务确实是很方便，用车也很好。距离候机楼近，是选择该酒店的重要原因。缺点：给了我个房间没电梯，到5楼拖着行李爬楼梯，经过漫长的走廊，尽头最后一间。还好我是个男的！但是浴室里挂着长发，可见清洁工作有些敷衍了。枕头上两个洞，还好我是男的，忌讳比较少。大晚上累了，反正也就凑合一晚。这间房型着实有点诡异，正方形大开间，玻璃隔了冲淋房和马桶间，坐马桶上肯定关不上门，令人耳目一新。对门就是布草间，换毛巾啥的应该挺方便。仅仅转机的话，还行！

Not a nice experience.
The hotel is located directly on a busy road. After seeing the room, and hearing the noice inside the room (even with the windows closed) I asked the staff if there was a room available on the other side of the hotel (the backside is not located at the road). This because I'm a really light sleeper and I'm not good with noice during the night. There was a room free, but only with two beds. I could have it but had to pay (quite a lot) extra money for this.
I find it regretful that the hotel rather has it's customer have a bad night sleep, than offer something extra for the customer (which doesn't cost them anything, the other room was available and was not used for the night).
Besides this the internet was poor. Also in their pictures they show pool table and gym, but they are not at the hotel.

Perfect for a one night stay if you are going to the airport. For a normal stay could be a little noisy - you can hear planes departing and they do so every minute in the morning

Conveniently located (close to shops and food), the staff was very friendly and everyone was very receptive, shower had good water temperature and water pressure, the bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft, so just right), and great value! Would recommended to future travelers.

Minibar fridge was disconnected and lighting setup was teally not convenient with a ceiling lamp ON which was really bothering.

Hotel is close to Shenzhen airport, surroundings looks alittle rural but still ok. Hotel room has a Xiao AI bot to play with!!
