酒店硬件环境好！适合带小孩的家庭。就是离市区不远。
要投诉早餐太差！！！品类少，咖啡还得另外让服务员下单，咖啡送过来后发现两杯的杯具都蹦口的，这就是五星级酒店的自助早餐？？

如果在深圳亲子游的话，推荐深圳观澜湖度假酒店，住亲子房套餐，免费儿童小食书籍玩具电影游乐设施，喜欢高尔夫的就不用说啦，没兴趣的做免费巴士免费去新城购物中心一边吃冰激凌一边看喷泉，或在书吧安静地看书，或看场IMAX，第二天再坐免费巴士去生态公园玩，酒店客人免门票玩个两三天不会觉得闷[调皮]
