客观的说，这家酒店的硬件设施不是他们的长项，但是服务人员的服务确实细致而有耐心，先是我忘了东西在吧台他们给我送来，然后又来人帮我开电视，又来人帮我处理网络问题，早上退房也很快，让人非常满意。
