早早就在携程上预定并付完房费 但晚上到酒店前台办理入住时告知找不到我的任何信息 ！！也是服了！！酒店前台太不机灵 让我自己联系携程 ！！没有一点服务 全程告诉我没有收到我的信息 他们没有办法！！路途已经很辛苦 不想跟她们再争论 联系携程后 携程和代理之间出现了差错 各种电话沟通后终于入住 我也是醉了！！！好在携程的客服比较耐心 一个又一个电话像我致歉 还赔付了代金券 此事得以平息！房间比我预想的好太多了！！热水也很充足 设施也可以 性价比不错！在这种小县城能入住这种酒店 真的超乎预料！！除了入住时出的差错 其他都很好！推荐！！

酒店不错，告诉大家一个秘密：从酒店出发，开车走X306县道，大概30公里多点，过洛合垭口，可以看到青海湖全景啊。
