入住体验还可以 就是一开始拿到房卡没在底前台机子刷一下然后用不了 还有就是房门太重了 房间也没有放置提示wifi密码的立牌

临晨二点我的房间门突然打开，进来二个喝醉酒的男人，应该是住这里的客人，我打电话总台确认，说是服务员打开的，当时我就说这么不负责任，结果总台就来了一句，我是新来的你要投诉明天尽管投诉，所以我想问一下你们的酒店的管理是有多差（声明一下，不是这次开房的时间，是在总台开的3月10日，3月11临晨2点门被打开）我想你们酒店应该给我个说法
