  2012年5月新开的，10月上旬入住B座标准间，房间内有一股浓烈的厕所下水道味，。通知客服，只说知道了。然后就没下文了。房内温度19度。打开中央空调开关，设置24度。结果一直是送风状态，1小时后，温度依然是19度。叫客服，回答中央空调已经全部关闭。
