酒店被建筑工地包围，别跟着GPS走，快到时注意路牌，找进去不太容易，轿车估计都开不到酒店门口。房间卫生情况堪忧，各种污渍难以言表。隔音很差，天蒙蒙亮就被吵醒。唯一可圈点的是酒店餐厅，巨大的落幕玻璃看着夕阳吃晚餐挺不错，就是菜做的难吃。

札达县城在修路，酒店指引牌有问题，指错了路；卫生间淋浴下水较慢，望改进。酒店早餐厅很有创意，氛围很好，虽然品种不多，但能吃饱吃好。总体来说，是家不错的酒店。

设施还可以，但没有空调、地暖和电梯；酒店有专用停车场，停车没问题；早餐简餐，非常一般；早上结帐时，等了许久都没人，不知服务员到哪去了，发票也没开成。

车在酒店被撞，对方是当地车，回成都后修理后，酒店负责将全部修理费用支付过来，非常负责，感谢酒店。
