Nice hotel to stay, especially with the stones and roomnames, what comes back at breakfast etc. Very nice friendly employees, nice clean modern rooms, quiet. Restaurant is simple but good, few choices to order but good. surroudning and to explore Idar-Oberstein this is a nice option if you don't want to stay in the centre. Business good to work relaxed as we did.

Heerlijke rustige ligging van het hotel. Nette en ruime kamers. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid. Avondeten is mogelijk, maar de keus is erg beperkt. Prima.hotel.voor kort verblijf

Fijn hotel, aardige medewerkers. Restaurant heeft klein menu, maar lekker gegeten voor een goede prijs. Het ontbijt was ook top! Veel keuze, vooral de gember- en kurkuma shots en honingraad waren een leuk extraatje. Bedden goed, prachtig uitzicht. Echt genoten van ons verblijf.

ich war super glücklich noch ganz spontan eine sch?ne übernachtungsm?glichkeit in Idar- Oberstein zu finden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super; der Checkin war sehr nett. Im Zimmer war leider ein sehr merkürdiger Geruch, "abgestanden" aus dem Bad. Soweit so gut. Das kann man alles lüften. Allerdings gab es am Abend kein warmes Wasser. Als ich das morgens sagte, bekam ich nur die Antwort, man k?nne nichts machen, heute Früh h?tte ich ja warmes Wasser gehabt und das Heizungssystem h?tte keine Fehlermeldung ausggeben. Da kanner jetzt nichts machen. Kein Wort der Netschuldigung, viel mehr hatte ich das Gefühl, man wollt miir die Idee vermitteln, ich würde nach Wegen der Ersparnis/Preisreduktion suchen. Das ist nciht sch?n. Das Frühstück war schon aufgebaut. Leider wurde manches nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

It's an old hotel near to Masjid Negeri. As expected rooms and amenities are a bit dated. However, the front office, restaurant and housekeeping staff are all very good, friendly and helpful. It makes our stay great. Thank you Puan Liza and housekeeper on 6th floor.

To be honest, the only good things here was the food and friendly staff. Other than that i dont recommend this hotel because the toilet was not in a good condition and cannot flush also the room and toilet cleanliness was …. There’s not plug near bed and only like 2 plug available in whole room. On top of that wifi very very slow

Lovely Hotel, on top of a mountain with nice views. Great breakfast fresh pancakes Nice rooms with goods beds and an extra bed for our daughter. Very good service. Restaurant is simpel but good. Good Burger and Pizza Price per Room is good!!!

Das Hotel liegt wunderbar ruhig. Zum Entspannen genau richtig. Diese Lage und der Name (BERGhotel) haben natürlich den Nachteil, dass man zum Ort den Berg runter und zurück natürlich HOCH laufen muss. Da hat man gleich sportliche Bet?tigung!
SEHR freundliches Personal. Sollte etwas fehlen o.?., einfach Bescheid geben.

It was a very nice experience staying at the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and the price are also fair. The hotel rooms are pretty clean and the location is amazing if you like to do more of walking or hiking. It was a bit private place, not much noise from outside. Just pure Nature. Im very happy with our stay. Highly recommended.
