  酒店整体还是不错的，但价格高了，房间太小，大箱子没地方摊开，床和边桌间几乎没有空间，过道很困难，但总的来説酒店的服务还是很好的。位置离阿姆中心四五百米，步行皆可达，除了性价比不高，其他都挺好。

  酒店离中央火车站不远，而且大门位于小街中，闹中取静。离主要购物街和热门景点基本都只需要步行，方便购物和火车出行。酒店工作人员都很热情，专业，房间大设施齐全，床品舒服。提前入住，延迟退房和行李寄存服务非常丝滑和专业，配得上五星的招牌！

  Design is not friendly for many luggage traveler. I booked for family (extra bed) and what I got single bed.

  Strongly not recommended. The hotel has failed to return my deposit even long after check-out. Communication was poor and the staff were unhelpful. This shows a lack of professionalism and honesty. I would never stay here again.
