首先批评艺龙，付款钱提示的有窗，付完款后提示信息变成“无窗有衣柜”。这点不好。
到店后去看了房间，无窗的房间空气感觉太闷，向前台反应后，所幸还有空房，重要的是前台服务意识素质较高，给予解决问题。手动点赞！晚上到没地停车，不好。洗手台粘有上位客人卸妆时撕下的双眼皮贴，清扫人员应加强培训。
