室外环境很好，下雨忘了拍照了，室内一楼比较潮湿，刚进去有股霉味，开窗通风后好些，房间不是很大，卫生间还挺大的，早餐没吃，7点到8点半，时间太短，睡懒觉没赶上。酒店地理位置不错，离彩虹瀑布很近，漂流后步行回酒店洗澡很方便

如此偏僻的地方，如此高的价格，性价比实在相差太多。首先，卫生不到位。厕所四周污垢厚厚，阳台蜘蛛网密布，厕所有块玻璃破了，也没换。其次，服务员水准太差，我打电话给总台问，中餐几点开始，她说，不知道；我问，餐厅是不是你们酒店的，她说，是。我问，既然是一起的，你总台怎么能不知道，她说，餐厅没有告诉过她，也不会来告诉她，几点开饭。
第二天，我入住大别山度假村，同样的价格，同样的偏远，同样在风景核心区。提供的服务是一流的，酒店的管理是一流的。
总结一下两个酒店，彩虹就像暴富的土豪，大别山度假村就像有文化有沉甸的儒商。
本人很少在携程酒店作这么多评价，二天之内实在差距太大，一说为快。
