两颗星是给酒店服务员的.及时给我家宝宝准备了拖鞋，洗澡的浴盆，谢谢.至于其它方面的就令人特别不舒服！自助餐重复刷了一笔钱，结账时才发现，一分钟刷了我三大一小的自助餐费！酒店工作人员核对也确实有此事！然而并没有及时处理他们犯的错误，在结账时把钱马上退还给我，而是留了我的电话.让我等他们经理有时间开好会处理！！这种错误可以说根本不应该发生在一个四星酒店的工作里面，发生了后，还不及时第一时间处理！马上退还客人！！还要等消息！！！结账半个小时都在争论举证！还好我有记录，如果现金的话，，，，不去想了！
