慧可居精品酒店和慧可居酒店实际上是隔街的两栋楼，后者实际上是公寓酒店~如果是对品质稍有要求的，还是建议精品酒店~由于带小孩，看了公寓酒店的设施后换到精品了，更加了钱换的豪华单间，事实证明是正确的选择~
赞点：
1、服务态度好，从前台到服务员都很有礼貌，很热情，有求必应
2、房间内泡汤水大、方便
槽点：
1、wifi太差，速度奇慢，朋友圈视频都打不开，还经常掉~小朋友要看在线视频，老婆要剁手，恰逢月底4g流量超了，心中郁闷可想而知~
2、餐厅体验是我去过所有汤池类宾馆里最差的~价格和菜品过得去，但是散客必须2楼点菜1楼吃，空调也几乎没有，早春还寒，冷得孩子只喊冷，没心思草草吃两口走人~问服务员，说是有空调，看人少没开~第二天加15%服务费给送房间里，情理之中的有些菜都凉了~早餐的筷子、盘子也不干净~
总结：细节方面亟需加强~看看槽点，对硬件其实不算高要求，但是太影响用户体验~
看得出来投资人是有意做精品，所以还应该下功夫研究各类型客户需求~冬天泡温泉酒店，就是要暖和，全过程舒心，不折腾~希望能做得更好
