酒店运行体系落后，员工培训较差，一行三间房，另在两间不知道具体房号，询问正在打扫房间的一个主管模样的人员，居然和我核实各种等等，终归没有问出名堂，只有回房间拿手机打电话才解决。显然连主管的服务水平如此，基层员工就不要有奢望了。
