地理位置不错，离火车站近。硬件设施还可以的。服务态度巨差！今天退房，前台说句忙就把你晾一边，语气很差，好像她是大管，我们求她一样。退房也不按客户顺序，按照她们服务员楼层顺序。最主要对客人态度极差。等了好久才退成房。昨晚还没有热水，说十分钟有热水，结果到晚上十二点还没热水！

进了酒店后，站在服务台前面，工作人员也不知是不是太忙，你不说话她也不和你打招呼。进房间后，发现洗脸台的边上粘着一大撮毛发，想想后和孩子说，我们拿纸给它清掉。清完后才发现墙上还有这么多！早餐是真心一般！
