酒店服务人员态度很差，给客人摔脸子，不知道艺龙怎么推荐这家酒店！！！！房间只有热水，反馈还没人负责！出差这么多年第一次见到这么差的！！！！

已经入住过几次了，本次遇到点小问题，老板娘帮忙解决了，床品卫生状况有待改善啊！听说酒店三楼要全部改成洗脚城了

在这家酒店连续住了四天，前三天都还可以，到了今天11点的时候，没纸巾了，入住的时候就没多少纸巾，打电话叫前台送纸巾，结果前台服务员来了句，大姐，我们这里没有这个服务，因为前一天打电话，有送过，才会打，然后我话还没说完就挂了，下楼退房的时候，也给人甩脸色，感觉我欠了她几百万，因为这个前台服务员，我不会再住这家酒店了。
