入住酒店时，酒店前台告知我早餐是去土菜馆吃，早上7-10点。结果第二天早上8点去吃早饭，已经没有了。土菜馆服务员说，7点多就吃完了。早上自己又叫外卖。酒店服务态度很一般，本人出于礼貌，很多时候说谢谢，酒店前台没反应。感觉不像五星级酒店的服务标准。

我投诉这家酒店，14号晚上21.47订的酒店，一直到十点多也没有订单确认，我们到前台也没查到订单，同名又订了一个房间，当时就打电话给客服，说给我回复，一直到早上也没收到回复，我又打了多次也没给我处理结果，那房间没住还一直拖到那么长时间，现在说不给退了

性价比高！十一期间，400不到价格，和普通农家乐差不多，但是共享君澜酒店设施，这就非常好了。有挺多小孩玩的，老人也能酒店里走走。
