酒店服务很棒，虽然不是亲子酒店，但小孩说很喜欢，下次还要再来住，服务员都会主动问好，mini bar里东西虽不多，但都是免费的，比某些五星级酒店有人情味多了。

住了两天两天都没有热水 热水的水温比体温还要低 并且淋浴房的门居然没有封条 洗个澡水漫金山 趴在地上用浴巾都吸不干
卫生间有一片移门是坏的 插电吹风的插座盖子也是坏的
厕所的马桶卫洗丽除了能吹风其他功能都是坏的
早餐还不如一般的商务酒店
酒店都没有人好好维护 性价比太低了

酒店地段好，周边环境非常不错。就如名字一样，酒店内的所有的陈设均为竹子材料，从衣柜到鞋架，再到装饰用品，到处可见各种竹元素的存在。前往竹乡安吉的，可以体验入住。
