下午3点到的居然说房间还在打扫，说是前面的客人退房完了，再三要求不愿意等，给换到了别的楼层，明明是有空房的，为什么要让客人等，没法理解，早餐真的很一般。果汁里居然有菜叶，再三要求下才把那瓶果汁给换了。

作为安吉本地人，想说这酒店的位置绝对好，旁边是浙北大厦，可以购物可以吃饭，距离九州广场又近。虽美林在九州，但过于闹市，总觉得太吵。房间挺好，不算很大，但不小，东西设备又一应俱全。但是写字台上没有顶灯，房务中心也不提供，这是我觉得美中不足的。我不明白，为什么这样的酒店都铺地毯，地板多好，干净又方便打扫。住在19楼，落地窗带来的是一场视觉盛宴。早餐应有所提升，味道一般，种类又少。
