可能是因为过年放假的时候去的吧，车很不好停，酒店的隔音那个差啊，跟隔壁就像是在一个房间的，半夜打牌的声音，害我们一晚上基本没睡好，空调的声音非常大，发出嘎嘎嘎的声音，晚上更睡不着了。第二天早上起来，说好的双早，8点多钟去的，跟我们说只有一点点白粥了，其他什么都没有了。。。。。一家人没办法跑KFC里吃的早饭。。。。。。。

酒店的位置在安吉县繁华地带，只是停车是一个噩梦。价格在节日期间做地起价，感觉非常不值。早餐没有秩序，就餐环境在顶层的临时建筑，粗糙的很，结果还是出去用的早餐。房间一般吧。第二天结帐的时候发现有的客人在投诉水不热，没法洗澡，工作人员也没什么诚意去解决，最后优惠了100元了事。

春节期间入住的，前台只有一个人。结账时刷卡，押金应该现金退回，结果说只有200元现金，其他存银行了。交涉半天，从旁边一个抽屉又拿出1600，一共退了1800的押金给我们。另外，和携程不知道怎么沟通的，明明我住了两晚没有换房间，非我说住了一晚就退房，不知道什么意思。反正春节期间服务不到位，早餐不到位（只有粥和煮蛋），价格也上涨，没什么意思。
