1000多的房间，很小，隔音很差，在线支付的订单，下午3点到了以后还等了一个多小时说要打扫卫生！退房却必须12点！每日水果没有送，打电话过去说马上送来，结果我退房了还没送来。房间台灯坏的，拎袋也没有，前台服务员态度差，全程无笑脸，唉，总之一团糟，感觉管理比较混乱。

泡完温泉到更衣室洗澡放水放半天竟然没热水，只能到客房洗澡，洗了2分钟水就漫到外面，排水很差。两条浴巾一条是干的，另一条竟然是湿的
