前台态度很差，虽说等到很晚，但是我们入住后人就没了。要求要一床被子，酒店说有间房间被客人订走了，如果客人不来就把被子给我们，结果我们等啊等，再去找前台人就睡觉去了，哪来的客人预定？第二天，说是两点退房，十一点就来人赶我们，说有人订了这间房，要我们早点走。这酒店可以说是服务最差，员工素质最低，最没有信誉最不要脸的酒店了。
