我在携程网预订了这家酒店，后来因为不能入住想退房，联系了携程客服被告知第三方春风跟酒店都不同意退房。我想规定是死的人是活的。以前我在途牛也是预订了房间不能入住途牛也是返回了我酒店优惠券，一年之内有效。后来携程返给我半价的房费！所以我要投诉携程第三方春风跟瑞吉酒店非人性化管理！请大家预订瑞吉酒店的同时要三思而后行！途牛还是比携程网牛呀，至少是为客户着想的多，以后还请大家选择优秀的途牛旅游网吧！

毛巾像是没洗干净，一个房间的厕所是堵的。早饭比预计的倒是强些。入住时候问前台能不能升级房间，前台反问我：什么意思啊，不太懂。不会再来。
