酒店跟这个价格根本不匹配，首先，放假里面的设备太差，插座没电，叫了工程部的人过来才解决，酒店隔音效果也很差，卫生间能很清楚听到别人说话，最让人不舒服的是，退房的时候，效率太差了，退个房让我等半天，而且前台人员都不知道在干嘛，感觉完全就是不专业，三个前台人员，在搞什么都不知道。

酒店环境不错！安静舒适！适合度假。酒店设施不算太好，细节待改进。这家酒店在当地算较好类型了吧！离竹博园很近，这是地理优势。早餐一般。

酒店环境很好 房间也不错（没有50平吧）；觉得早餐挺好的，而且也不贵，48一人；前台工作人员态度也很好，很耐心。值得推荐！

酒店环境很好。房间不错 干净。早餐也很不错。总台的工作人员和客房阿姨态度也很好 效率很高。就是中餐厅的菜品质量还可以改善。

酒店位置很好，占地也很大，装修过得去，问题是，按照800多一晚的价格，无论是服务还是硬件，都是不过关的，早餐竟然到9点半就结束了。性价比很低
