8102房间漏空调水，大半夜的来了两拨人修空调，要求当天值班经理给说法，说修好后，会让经理来，直到第二天退房也没有人提起过。从大堂到酒店的路上一股霉味，酒店的游泳池水也比较浑浊。问酒店的自助餐厅要冰块，告知没有，明明制冰机开着，总体来说差

酒店环境还可以，不过跟5星级还差很多，首先谈下住店感受，我是同程订的安吉5星酒店很少所以只选了它，酒店东方古典装修风格，服务态度还好，我订的是园景房680元一晚。总结：无线网络连接上不了网，中间联系客服来修过2次不过都过过场还是没修好，只能看看电视了。早餐特坑爹小孩超过一米三都要算成人费用98元钱。想想98元自助早餐应该很好吧，结果一看一塌糊涂没什么吃的，大人住房里面有免费双份自助餐没办法不然的话就外面吃了，建议有小孩的这点注意了。晚餐也是相同满一米三小孩都要算成人票158元一位还是已经享受住酒店客户便宜价。菜品也是不多，里面的切三文鱼和冰淇凌的厨师特懒老是不见人顾客就吃不到了。总之这自助餐是我吃过以来最差的了，价格贵菜品少小孩也要钱没有优惠政策。

酒店的床好大，真舒服，环境也很好，入住后，服务员还会给房间送水果，唯独早餐1米以上宝宝要收49元，有点小贵！
