酒店设施比较旧，最好自己携带毛巾*感觉十年前应该算是不错的，之后没有有效管理和更新，附近景区离得还是比较近*

酒店很老.设施没有及时更新.外部环境也很差.如果要留住顾客唯一的办法就是重新装修.不然砸了大竹海的牌子。

国庆去了，网上找了这家，之前看它的点评不是很好，有点纠结因为当时时间紧找不到别的，相比之下还是去了这家。到了后觉得并不是其他点评的这么不好！还是比较满意的！虽然有些硬件设施的确没跟上，但也还是不错的！客服态度也很热情！住所环境很安静！同行友人也是满意的！

垃圾了一塌糊涂。给我们看的房间和入住的房间不一样，要求退换，总台的男服务员还要冲过来打人。强烈抵制这种垃圾酒店！！！！
