我是带朋友来安吉玩儿的，朋友的房间床上竟然有血迹，朋友不是要事情的人，叫服务人员来换一下床单，服务人员到说血迹是朋友弄的，要换也行，要收洗涤费，这一说朋友火大了！这用脑子想想也知道，谁自己弄血迹弄上去还去告诉你啊，不心虚啊？总之本来挺开心的一天，到了晚上遇到这种事情，我还是一下子定了4⃣️个房间的。服务态度太差啊！不过后面还是换了，拖了一个小时（好评是给同程的）

临时决定出来玩的，kitty乐园+城堡酒店的套餐已经没有了，只能自己定酒店。这家店位于安吉县城中心地段，周边繁华，酒店设施齐全，有个免费停车场，这点很好，方便。空调是中央空调，就是隔音不是太好。总体不错
