本人2016年5月6日预定的2016年6月9日特价房2间，同程预定标注有窗的房间。面积是30平米，到达酒店开房，变成了一个有窗一个无窗的房间，酒店客服给本人换房变成了小房间只有10来平米，本人很气愤。酒店这样违约做法实在没有道德信用。有照片为证。

优点：房间卫生不错，商务出差还是挺适合的！早餐需要走到马路对面去吃，品种很多！床很软，估计很多人会不适应，个人感觉还行！
缺点：四月中旬住，那几天有点热！晚上洗完后有点热，可是不能开空调，中央空调的缘故，不能自己控制，结果越开越热！
晚上有蚊子，找前台要蚊香，竟然没有！晚上被蚊子骚扰了半晚上！还有小卡片有点多，出去几个小时，回来又多了三张！

酒店马马虎虎，走廊布置环境还是不错的，跟朋友分别订了两间特色大床房，我们房间有桌椅没有窗，朋友那间是有窗但没有多余能放东西的空间，两间房有利有弊。洗脸跟洗澡的地方是分开的，这个不大方便，水管有点漏水太晚了就没有弄这个事情，早饭的话不是酒店自助的，给了一张10元券，要走5分钟的路程才能到吃饭的地方，东西也就很一般，周边有水果店跟烧烤店，离凯蒂猫家园十几分钟的路程。

连夜赶去的安吉，到酒店已经过了最迟到店时间，酒店依然留了房，并且升级了房间，内景房非常漂亮，环境很好，很安静，值得推荐，就是早餐不在店内，吃的也不好。
